[Bloods] 24 K test e

Bloods taken at the end of the 4th week 500mg test e a week.. Felt like my e2 was high so I wanted to get bloods done and figured I get everything tested . E2 is very high started to take .25 mg Adex but do not think that is enough. No signs of gyno.

Any advise would be nice

Is generic or ug your adex?

Edited ! That's why estro is so high .
If your adex is legit .5 twice a week will work out.

It is pharma grade anastrozole. I was not taking it when I got the bloods taken

Most will start taking adex firsth week of the cycle . .5 mg twice a week .

Now that you said that is pharma grade . I'm pretty sure that dose will work .

Don't be so sure in regards to dosing. I know some guys who need 1mg/day on a dose like this (pharma, still) and some who do not.

My rule of thumb is I need 1mg EOD per 1G of test I take a week. Complicated, maybe, but it works. So if I add EQ, which aromatizes more or less 50% of test, I need an additional .5mg EOD of adex per 1G of EQ.

Hope that makes sense. This is after years of trial (denial?) and error.

Yea defienetly it's all different with everyone I'll need to find out the right dose for me. I'll see in a few weeks if e2 gets lower and from there adjust dose as needed
