Your age?

Im no expert but it all looks pretty standard. You have relatively high Testosterone so I would consider your age and physique and training history first if you want to start possibly messing up your high natural test with cycling.

Besides that your LDL is under 100 but still on the higher side. You should try to get minimum 40g of fiber per day and keep your saturated fats under 6% of your total calories. Doing those things brought my LDL down a lot.

I’d rather just have faster results

yeah high ldl runs in my family. I’m probably gonna run ezetimibe and rosuvastatin year round

It's a bad idea to fuck with your endocrine system at such a young age. You have a lot of room to make good clean gains while your body is still growing and maturing.

It's not a magic pill and you'll likely experience significant negative side effects that make it not worth it. Your natural test level is very good and it's not worth the risk of permanently suppressing it.

Your focus should be on locking in your diet and training. You can make some serious gains quickly if you do that.

Hey boss. From my personal experience taking steroids won't be "fast".

Take the time to learn how to progress your weights naturally. Even when I was hypogonadal with almost no testosterone I was able to get my squat, bench and deadlift to a respectable level.

i’ve already done that, I just want an extra boost, I have a strict diet and regimen

i appreciate both of your concerns but I do infact understand that gear isn’t “fast” or a hulk potion

i do however understand stand a gear user with a strict lifestyle will progress faster than a natural with a strict lifestyle.

Copy that. Well I'd recommend you get on top of your cholesterol. Ghoul has some good posts on it.

my plan for cholesterol is gonna be:
niacin 1g (might remove depending on the flush severity
Citrus bergamont 1g
Coq10 200mg
tadalafil 5-10mg depending on sides
nac 1.2g when not taking glutathione
ezetimibe 10mg
Rosuvastatin 5mg

thoughts?

It's not my wheel house. But you're taking a lot of ancillaries. I'd only take something when there is a need instead of just in case.

Spend the money on regular blood tests instead. Niacin doesn't have any proven long term positive effects. It seems to just mask the problem. The statins have side effects as well.

Unless you're taking oral steroids the antioxidants are necessary and you'll downregulate your own production. This isn't lego. The body is complicated.

oh i forgot

20 minute moderate intensity cardio daily
i currently include saturated fat in my diet natty but i’ll tank it down to like no more than 12 saturated dietary fat daily
i’ll be trying to hit 4g of bioavailable omega 3s
i also eat a moderate amount of fiber natty but i’m working towards about 70g of fiber daily
