Bloods [Pharmacom Test E 300]

Week 6 ~43 hours after pin.
Not 100% sure if the 10x rule is based on total weekly amount or bi weekly pin amount.
300mg 2x a week.
Got bloods week 4 to check estrogen from sides and test level was 3665. Assuming that was still not a 'leveled' out value?

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure how the peaks work for injecting twice a week compared to one injection.

I don't know what you mean about leveled out. I would assume if you're referring to steady state concentration, I don't think it would drop from 3665 down to 2840. You know what I am saying? I think when people refer to leveling out, they mean it eventually reaches the highest level it will reach in the blood. It shouldn't reach a point and then drop so drastically like that going from week 4 to week 6, assuming you're using the same dose. So I'm not sure what is going on there.

Did you get the blood drawn at the same time respectively as you did in week 4 (week 4 was ~43 hours after pin too or not)?
Did you by chance change vials of pharacom TestE300 from week 4 to week 6?

That's what I was thinking about changing vial, it was after that blood work that I used a new vial. Pins and bloodworm have been at the same times throughout, give or take maybe an hour so it has to be the actual test e concentration in the new vial.

Yeah, that is the most logical reason I can think of. The Test-E concentration seems possibly significantly different than the old one. Which begs the question, is your new vial under-dosed or was the old vial over-dosed?

Do you have blood work from that past that we can reference where you got a total-T while taking 500-600mg/week of testosterone? Preferably from gear you knew was properly dosed.

I have bloodwork from:
Week 1, ~43hr after 2nd pin

Yeah definitely looks like differently dosed vials, from seeing that you had 2 consistent blood works showing close total-T values for that one vial.

So you have no blood works from other gear (different from those 2 pharmacom TestE300 vials you have been using)? I'm just wondering for purpose of comparison.

I wish we knew if the vial was overdosed or under-dosed. Overdosed would be better than under-dosed, haha.

This is my first cycle so the only bloods I have to go off of. All of the vials have to identifier code "604331" which was tested by anaboliclabs, showing a concentration of 363mg/ml: Pharmacom Labs PHARMA Test E300 Lab Test Results - Anabolic Lab

I'm not sure if that code is specific to certain batches or a number they use for all Test E vials. I will have to use one more vial to finish this cycle, I think I'll have to get bloods a week into the third one to see if there is any big jump in either direction.

That sounds good. When you get new blood work it would be awesome if you would post those too.

BTW, there were two tests done on Pharma TestE300 from the "604331" batch.

Maybe the first vial had the higher concentration and the second vial had the lower concentration. Would make sense.

Pinning 363 mg/mL x2 would give 726 mg/mL per week
Pinning 306.05 mg/mL x2 would give 612.1 mg/mL per week

That is a difference of 113.9 mg/mL

That 113.9 mg/mL difference could account for the 825 ng/dL (total-T difference from the blood works) difference between the the old vial and the new vial. The old value giving the higher value.

That seems logical to me.

as far as i remember x10 rule is based on the latest amount injected. if it was 300 mg the blood serum would be ok between 7x-10x, so this is about 2100-3000 ng/dl. As practice shows it often does not work even with legal certified products. Or people just don`t catch the peak due to individual metabolism peculiarities or maybe some other reasons we are not aware of. However your test serum after our test is within this range.

Yes vials within one batch can have different dosages of course, it depends on lot of factors like oil temperature/viscosity, mixing mode, etc. But deviations between vials shall not be more than about 10%. We have settled all equipment to be as precise as possible.

Yes, I wasn't meaning to cal them out or anything, just posting what I have. I am extremely happy with what @Pharmacom Labs is doing here and what I've recieved.
No problems with Darius whatsoever and will definitely be ordering from again in the future.

it was proven many times that the rule 10x does not work always.

But as for Pharmacom test enan it has been good quality so far.

Total T - 3860ng/dL @ 900mg/week (1.5ml twice a week). I think I was on that dose at least 6 weeks already. Test taken 36h after the last injection. I am not happy with these numbers.

I will post a thread with results later perhaps. But how will it help me? Pharmacom says I need to send a sample to SIMEC to prove myself, bloodwork results alone are not enough apparently. Now do I send this half-used vial or do I need to send a closed one? I don't see how sending a closed one would give relevant results since this thread proves vials from the same batch can have different dosages. Also this same batch, 604331, has been reported to be good and bad both on this forum.

the user was pinning 3 times a week and got bloods 6 weeks in, changed to twice a week (same dosage), got the bloods after another 4 weeks and the results were higher.

604331 Is on most there vials, just google "604331 batch number" and it will come up with threads from 2015 and beyond..... All the anabolic labs test have also showed 604331...... 604331 is a BIG BATCH lol.....

I thought my second vial was weaker than first..... Just by feelings no BW....looked up my batch number and knew it was all in my head lol --- still happy with results, just know my body/

Carl's has a burger that looks just like the Big Mac but it's much larger. I've never had a double Big Mac? May be worth trying?
I like Carl's Jr's Big chicken sandwiches. Grab a side salad and your good. A few bucks more than McDonalds but worth it.

I like the direction this thread has taken. Having home cooked Mexican tonight since we're staying with my wife's aunt. Not sure about dinner tonight but she whipped up some juevos rancheros(sp?) this morning that was great.
