I know this is an old thread, but I live in Mass, and want to get blood work. I've heard of the idea Boston put forward, of getting a gift card and paying PrivateMDlabs. I've also seen it claimed, in old threads, they do not ask for ID. That does not seem right, so I'm hoping to see if anyone from this area, knows if it's true? Or knows is there are any other labs that won't ask for ID? Seems like that's too good to be true... but IDK. If I have to, I'll take Big Dave's advice, and go renew my passport. But since the plan includes lying about my address, and eventually having on record absurd numbers that scream AAS, I'd be nice to use an assumed name if possible.

I believe that Labcorp and Quest now DO have a policy of asking for ID when going in for a test as things have changed since this thread was posted. Also I saw that privatemdlabs and labsmd now do not allow people who live in certain states to order tests thru their sites and they do have a warning to that effect.
