This is important. You want to treat the symptoms and not the numbers.what issue are you trying to resolve by raising shbg?
i think what i was trying to get at is that primo and many (all?) aas lower shbg, some more than others--is it a flaw or a feature? what would be the point in raising shbg while on cycle, and wouldn't raising shbh lower free test?SHBG is one of the harder things to modulate on cycle.

If I were you, I would lower some primo, (or raise test) to get 40-50 E2 to increase HGH to IGF-1 conversion and would be about it.
A bit higher E2 could also help raise SHBG.
Yeah it sounds like a plus. I just wanted to also make sure that it wasn’t going to harm me in anyway as well.i think what i was trying to get at is that primo and many (all?) aas lower shbg, some more than others--is it a flaw or a feature? what would be the point in raising shbg while on cycle, and wouldn't raising shbh lower free test?
I'd bet no based on my relevant data. Serum Free Test is invariant to changes in SHBG while under the constraint of constant exogenous testosterone. The body takes test ester and absorbs free test. The body eliminates free test. SHBG and Total Test are outputs not inputs.and wouldn't raising shbh lower free test?
i agree with the other guy though, i'd want to get my E2 up to the 40s at least. i've run my E2 into the ground with primo on previous cycles and it ended with bicep tendonitis that still hasn't healed 12mos laterYeah it sounds like a plus. thanks for the clarification. i was under the mistaken impression that shbg and free test are somewhat inversely related.I'd bet no based on my relevant data. I've got an experiment in process using oxandrolone and equilibrium dialysis measurement. My prior experiments used calculated FT.thanks for the clarification. i was under the mistaken impression that shbg and free test are somewhat inversely related.
Which would be better to do lower primo or just raise the test the little? Or just pick one?SHBG is one of the harder things to modulate on cycle.

Well, what I understand is that SHBG helps in transporting androgens to the muscle which could actually would help anabolism through another anabolic pathway. It apparently doesn't just bind to androgens and make them inactive.i think what i was trying to get at is that primo and many (all?) aas lower shbg, some more than others--is it a flaw or a feature? what would be the point in raising shbg while on cycle, and wouldn't raising shbh lower free test?
You would have to experiment.Which would be better to do lower primo or just raise the test the little? Or just pick one?
I decided to lower the primo a littleYour e2 is getting a little on the low end. I would want to get it up into the 40s if not higher. I'm cruising at 50 e2. I guess if you aren't having issues that's fine but it does seem like the primo is bringing your e2 down and you definitely don't want it to keep dropping. Maybe up the test or lower the primo. Just my 2 cents.
Does low e2 somehow cause high risk for tendinitis?i agree with the other guy though, i'd want to get my E2 up to the 40s at least. i've run my E2 into the ground with primo on previous cycles and it ended with bicep tendonitis that still hasn't healed 12mos later
Hey!I have low shgb. I’m running 400 test and 200 primo. Should I be worried about getting my shgb up. I figured it’s from the primo. This run the primo has kept my E2 in check. What do you guys advise? And the November results are pre cycle.
Thanks!
I cannot speak to a correlation between low estrogen and tendonitis, I have just observed with myself that my first couple of cycles with primo, where primo:test is close to 1:1, E2 ends up in the gutter and I get weird cramps and tendonitis flare ups. 2:1 test to primo, or even 3:1 is where I like to run it.Does low e2 somehow cause high risk for tendinitis?
I did some reading and found that low e2 can hinder your muscle recovery that can also pull away from tendon and ligament recovery causing a greater risk of developing tendonitis. However I do not remember where I read it so I'm not saying this is true or science. It was just Interesting.I cannot speak to a correlation between low estrogen and tendonitis, I have just observed with myself that my first couple of cycles with primo, where primo:test is close to 1:1, E2 ends up in the gutter and I get weird cramps and tendonitis flare ups. 2:1 test to primo, or even 3:1 is where I like to run it.
