Hopefully someone here can answer that, but if not, the ladies at the 800 customer service number have always been very helpful and very courteous to me anytime I have called them (I usually call to get the requisition forms faxed over to the testing center). I have asked similar questions to yours and they are very good about finding the answer for me.

Prolactin is usually added separately. Not sure of any combo panel that includes it off hand.
