Blunt‐fill needles or regular needles for pushing benzyl alcohol trough filter?

If i want to draw 10ml of benzyl alcohol and inject it into a sterile vial via a 0.22um syringe filter, should i use blunt-fill needles or are regular ones also fine?

Also can I store benzyl alcohol at room temp in vials for many years? And is a regular luer slip syringe fine for drawing benzyl alc or should I buy luer locks instead?

You’re overthinking this, any needle as long as sterile will do.

You can use any to draw, and yes BA is ok if kept in a cool dry area.

I agree with DECLAN. I mean, anyway you can get it into the syringe really. To put it into a sealed vial though, you're going to need to use a sharp. Blunt tips are just that aren't they, "Blunt"? If so, you won't be able to pierce the rubber stopper with it.

Why move it from one container to another though? Is your BA in a flip top container or something?
