I appreciate the input. I'll be sure to keep that in mind. It makes sense.
any time, hate to see guys not hitting their targets just because of a simple lack of experience. we all went through the trials and tribulations, 22yrs experience here with approx the first 10yrs lacking in full potential due to inexperience. so its good to set lads like yourself on the right track

Well I do appreciate you and Sworder's input both. Always willing to learn something new. I've decided that I am going to front load like he was talking about. I'll substitute running with what you said to do. One thing I've been thinking about is where all to pin. I have always just pinned my quad. One time I tried on the side of my quad and didn't work out so well. I'll be pinning every day except off days if I use TNE. In your opinion, you think it will be fine to pin the quad every time (of course switching legs and injection spots)?

bite the bullet and incorporate other sites, the least painful sites include delts and traps. yes traps, ive never felt a pin go in on doing traps. pecs are also easy, just go in at a fairly flat angle, flex the pec up and jab from breast bone side towards shoulders. quads are probably one of the most likely sites to hit nerves, i almost always hit something in quads making me jump. you could try ventroglutes also, although the muscle is quite easily missed here. you really should at least go for delts, so easy and painless.

just try these diff sites and once done you'll wonder what all the fuse was about.

oh, i did bi's once, suffice to say, dont do it.................[:o)]

I'll do my best to bite the bullet. Not going to lie, it will be a little nerve racking to do traps and pecs. Delt doesn't seem as bad. It is worth a try though. I know what you mean by hitting a nerve in the quad. Almost every time I pinned my right leg it would jump. Left leg was always fine. I figured I needed to find more sites. Delts sound good. I'm gonna try the others just to see how it goes. I've heard of people pinning in areas they want to see most results. For example, they want bigger chest or calves and they pin their chest or calves. I don't know if you have pinned areas for this purpose but if so is it a fact or myth? Some say it works others say it doesn't. Might as well ask someone directly.

its a myth, only synthol is a direct site enhancement, some painful mix gear will give you a little swelling in a site but not growth

I've decided that I am going to front load. I've read through that article a few times and I like the idea. Want to try it out. Do either of you feel like Test E 500mg/wk is sufficient or should I do more? Thanks for the input.
