I don't know this brand, but the packaging was shamelessly copied from packaging of Hilma. I don't trust brands, which copy from other brands. honestly I wouldn't buy this brand.

Agreed, but only if the gear has not been tested. If OP mailed you a vial would you pin it?
Just because a UGL tests their gear doesn't mean that what you personally order has been tested. Haha, probably not, but I would if I could find out whether it was made in a legit Pakistan lab.
