Chaps.
I displaced rib and it's fucked all the connective tissue up something awful.
I clunk when I breathe now and I can't lift for shit without pain.

Time is a great healer... But so is bpc-157 by all accounts.

The injured area is from my sternum, all the way round the rib to my spine. So, quite a large area.

What kind of spacing of where to pin and dosage per pin/total should I be looking at?

I've been out of gym for 3 months already (2 months with this injury) so, the sooner it is fixed the better!

Hmm a "displaced rib"

Sounds like a laymen diagnosis as does the treatment.

Ive an novel idea, try some ibuprofen and stay out of the gym until it heals and if that fails see a HCP either now or later fella

Hi, Jim.
I've seen 3 nurse practitioners and finally a GP yesterday - it's taken some doing to get an appointment.

Physio wanted me to get a referral for an MRI as there was potential fascial damage or a ripped insertion. GP adamant it's "just" connective tissue damage and will fix itself... But at the front of the rib cage, I can feel (with my fingers) that the rib is depressed about a quarter of an inch. It's not nice.

Haha. I agree with your Novel idea !!

I've been on 500mg naproxen x2 daily.
And I haven't touched a weight since before the injury... Which was 2 months ago.

I am neither a moron nor a hypochondriac.

The pain has been fucking immense... Although now it mainly hurts when I lie down, sneeze, or pick something up off to the affected side.

2 month after initial injury? Damn. I broke a rib once, about 10 days of retarded discomfort.

My old man displaced a rib,and went to the ER, he thought he was having a heart attack it hurt so badly.

Good luck man, sounds like you have a serious problem

Been off work 4 weeks with it now, too, as I've not been able to sleep. I'm going to be back in on Monday, though.

I did it coughing, if you will believe that.

Had the mother of all head colds and upper RTI for several weeks, whilst on heavy doses of T and EQ... My theory is that the constant coughing made some of my abs really strong, and eventually they pulled the rib in too far and fucked the connective tissue... But, I am only guessing... It certainly has fucking Sucked, though.
