Protocol & Injection Site for BPC-157 & TB500

I love these 2 compounds. I run 5 mg of TB500/week via 2 injections every 3-4 days. I take it for my heart health, to counter left ventricular hypertrophy from AAS use for 20 years (plus, studies have shown there is over a 70% increased chance of surviving a cardiac episode while running TB500). I also use it regularly year round to heal all contractile tissue quicker from training stress.

I use BPC157 intermittently to heal my training induced injuries (joint strains, tares, damage, etc.). It is the more noticeably beneficial peptide by far. It generally kills the pain from an injury within 2-3 days of usage. It also expedites healing significantly.

I work as a coach, and have had over 100 men & women BPC157 over the last 2 years that I've had access to a legitimate source, and have never heard anything other than positive reviews. I've seen BPC expedite the healing of broken bones, ruptured vertebrae, torn tendons & ligaments, damaged neurons of the brain, burnt skin, amputations, plus a number of different gastro-intestinal issues like IBS, Chrone's and stomach ulcers.

I literally use it daily for my GI and training damage (I inject it directly into my knee caps after most leg days, to maintain my knee health). It has healed 2 separate bicep tears for me in a matter of 2-3 weeks vs. 7+ weeks traditionally.
What is your protocol on using it
 
BPC - 500 Mcg twice daily (can do once if he is a baby about pinning)
Tb500- 2 mg 3x weekly (mon wed fri)

I would try pinning them both subQ in some of his forearm fat. Just because he’s higher bodyfat doesn’t mean it won’t get absorbed.

If he gets any mental side effects they can be negated with L-tryptophan (sold in any store)
that protocol always work like a charm, healed elbow and shoulders after injury in just 6 weeks
 
QSC. I used it for a couple of months at a standard dose of around 500 mcg. To be fair, I am not sure if it was the proper compound to treat my shoulder injury. Basically, I was dealing with some notable muscle weakness in my right shoulder...no pain or discomfort.. but lost most of my strength.. it gradually resolved itself over the course of a few months.. BPC could've helped of course.. but there were no immediate improvements that I noticed from it.
anyone experience a similar issue?

I'm interested to know what mental side effects you're discussing. From time spent researching, this is the first time I'm seeing anything regards to mental health. Appreciate any insight as I'm about to follow this same protocol.

Can you share some additional information in regards to BPC157 directly into your knee? Where are you pinning specifically, and what knee issues were you experiencing?
 
My personal experience with bpc 157 is… it works extremely well for soft tissue healing and didn’t do a damn thing for my tendons. I had a significant hamstring tear and I pinned 1mg a day into the muscle. I was completely shocked how quick i recovered from it. However, I got zero relief for my knee and wrist tendinitis/arthritis. I’ve recently been using it for my shoulder tendinitis and no results so far. Hamstring I did im injections, tendons I used skin tent method as close as possible.

do you run it subq near injury or im? i reckon in knee cap its subq

How long have you been running it for the shoulder tendinitis? For me it works really well, 2x 250mcg a day, both on an empty stomach, 1 morning 1 at night. I’ve made an echo of the shoulder in the hospital twice, 1st result: tendinitis bursitis kept walking with it for 4 months while doing physiotherapy etc. Decided to start BPC157, made a 2nd echo and they said they couldn’t find anything, no tendinitis and no bursitis anymore. Also feels a lot better not completely healed yet but it’s going better quick.
 
bpc157 is also bioavailable and is able to pass trough the stomach acids. It can either be taken oral or via injection, it’s a myth that it has to be injected near the injury. It works the whole body and doesn’t work local.

I have 2 partially torn ACLs that don't give me a hard time, I just have to be very controlled in the gym and watch with things like doing plyometrics. However the cartilage is fairly degenerated in both knees from years of heavy lifting, so there's Crepitus that sounds like I'm popping bubble wrap when I move my knees, and intermittent pain associated with the degeneration of joint tissue. I take 500 mcg of BPC (split between both knees, SubQ, lateral of the kneecap area) post leg day, sometimes for 2-3 days in a row. I've found my knee pain to be nonexistent now, unless I overtrain or acutely injure them. So there's some acute reactionary use and preventative maintenance potential for me.
 
may find this interesting, along with side effects of BPC mirroring antidepressants re stimulants work less, and flat mood. so while BPC helps FEEL better may not actually "heal" the way you think. food for thought anyway...
