Mod GRF 1-29 + IPM + BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-CU stack, beginner questions

diet is very veg and meat oriented. lot of gravy roasts and stir fry type meals.
sleep is mixed, he works long days so typically 4-6 hours a day, sometimes more to catch up on sleep. physically ideally hed visit the gym more or at least use his weights more, but physical job and such. when i get him on this ill probably insist he do more in that department, do what i can to make it more viable for him to go use his weights. that said, the sort of strain that seems to benefit him the most is the kind he can only really get from working the right kind of job where weak muscles and ligaments can be made to work, and blood flow is elevated and sustained.
The red flag I see Is way too little sleep. Drugs cannot overcome chronic sleep deficit. Under sleeping chronically like you describe is probably the main. That should be priority number one. Minimum of 8 hours of sleep and do whatever you need to make sure it is quality. After that priority two would be to connect with a good physio or PT and follow their instructions. I would do both of these for several months before touching any drugs.
 
I'm in favor of this, as it'll ensure a steady stream of case studies to read about into my old age.

Sure mix those amino chains up, don't worry about any cloudiness, it's just a prime indicator of enormous (they have to be to be visible) aggregates forming from random combinations of proteins adhering to each other creating entirely new molecules with unknown effects.

What's the worst that can happen? One of these random Frankenstein particles can cross the blood brain barrier causing a chain reaction of endogenous proteins to misfold and spread throughout the brain over a decade or two?

i cant really solve that one for him without him skipping his evening meal tbh. its a transport and work hours issue, and work is scarce around here.
