Hi

Last couple years I’ve had rotary cuff in left shoulder

Had physio from hospital and a cortisol injection

But now it worn off will the above peptides work at helping progress or quicken the recovery

And if yes how do I cycle it , and anyone recommend a lab (if allowed to ask)

Thanks

If you don't need surgery it should help. The dosages I do vary. 500mcg to 1 mg BPC a day and 3-5 mg tb-500 a week. If you have a significant injury I'd dose on the high side.

The normal BPC oral dose is 500mcg (0.5mg) per day but going up to 1000mcg (1mg) per day might be necessary if you want to treat certain injuries effectively.

When injecting BPC-157, injecting anywhere from 250mcg to 500mcg per day is recommended, depending on the severity of the injuries that you are trying to treat. You can either inject twice a day or just once a day.

In terms of treatment length, BPC-157 should be used as needed. There is no need to cycle it for X weeks and then rest for X weeks. For example, if you cut your finger, simply use it daily until your finger is fully healed.

Thanks , what about tb500

There is a lot of contradictory information about how to use TB-500. I don't know what the exact half-life is, but I know that it is way longer than that of BPC-157, so daily injections are not required.

Some people advocate for EOD injections or even E3D. I personally find EOD injections to be more stable, so that is what I recommend.

Regarding dosing, I find that injecting 1 to 2mg (dose depending on the severity of what you are trying to treat) every other day does the trick.
Like BPC-157 which is mostly used as needed to treat specific injuries, TB-500 can be used only for as long as necessary, but some people get great results from cycling it for up to 8 weeks.

How much water u add to mg of peptides

Same procedure like for HCG. I add 2ml of bact water. 1ml = 2500mcg. 0.1 = 250mcg.
depends on how many mg is in your vial..

remember its not magic and just because doesn't hurt doesn't mean its healed. the rapid pain relief in a week or 2 is from nerve changes ie antidepressant effect.. which is fine esp if keeps surgery away, just keep that in mind.

I would run it as short as possible as BPC can help grow vessels to grow cancer...a start up began testing BPC, gave some updates how mice were getting more cancer in 1 group (as it was a blind study)... they never finished the study.. people aren't mice, but if was that apparent, wise to use sparingly IMO... yes its an endogenous compound, but so is insulin dmt estrogen etc.

TB 500, id be careful messing with immune system and cytokins, if covid taught us anything we don't want to over activate cytokines.its not always a good thing to disturb your immune system and cause MORE inflammation. try one at a time, no sense using both if 1 will do. some folks get pretty intense reaction to TB aswell and for whatever reason push through this immune response lol...

This is similar to the dosing protocol I used after a pec tear.

0.5 mg BPC twice a day (1 mg total, divided in morning and evening), and 2.5 mg TB500 MWF.

I think it helped. The bruising after a pec tear is outta this world.

Might help, might not though. Continue to do PT and don't injure it further is most important. TB and BPC have helped me with shoulder issues. I run TB @5mg per week and BPC @ 1mg per day in 2 separate injections along with HGH at 2-3iu nightly. No miracle recovery but it helps a lot. I plan to do this for 8-10 weeks twice a year indefinitely as my lifestyle beats up on my joints pretty badly. My shoulder doesn't feel brand new but is much smoother functioning and the popping and cracking is much better. No pain either.

Only thing of note with BPC is I started at 700mg/day at first and it messed with my intestines. Dropped to 500mg/day and worked up to 1mg. I do this each time now over first 4 weeks and no issue.

Solid advice all around in this thread. I don’t think of any of the peptide discussion as spoon feeding since we’re still discovering a lot of what BPC and TB can do.

Personally, 250/250 AM/PM of BPC worked great for me and I did 500 nightly for a few more weeks to make sure I healed.

Do not irritate it while you’re healing. When you feel better then you should wait for a bit.

Run it for six weeks. @AlexDavis43 advice will likely work better if there is actual musculoskeletal damage rather than persistent inflammation. You may need advanced diagnostics to determine the extent of your injury and design a protocol. All the best and I hope you heal quickly.

Editing to note that I have clearheaded ignored and didn’t see his posts. I unfiltered them and must say: Don’t use his advice.

dam, ever get an MRI before and after? how much was torn and can you still tell visually? some Jon jones shit right there.
No MRI. Maybe 30-50% pec tear. Visual physical indentation plus visual crazy black/blue bruise spread up my arm and down/across my chest & ribs.

This was around a year ago and full strength recovered on incline bench at least.

I think TB & BPC helped.

So if I have 5mg of bpc how much water I add ? Some ppl say 2ml some say 3ml and also if 2ml to 5mg how much I inject daily ?

Same for tb500

Sorry for all questions just want to get it right

What is your target dosage and syringe volume? Please research more. God help me I’m spoon feeding (educating [harm reducing] I hope).

See this calculator.
