Breadcrumb alternatives?

I need a binder for meatloaf. I use a lot of breadcrumbs and eggs in my meatloaf. 2lb 93/7 ground beef, 2 cups breadcrumbs, 4 jumbo eggs, and a shitload of red/green peppers...no tomato sauce of any kind. I like meatloaf "thick". Its cheap and easy for work a few days. If I added it up, the breadcrumbs alone come out to 1792 calories. 320g carbs. Is there anything that binds as well as breadcrumbs, healthier, and doesnt totally change the taste of the recipe?
