breakfast

2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, handful of mushrooms & spinach, 2 medium size red potatoes and lots of hot sauce, followed with a protein shake with a handful of blue berry's
 
2 whole eggs
400g of egg whites
100g of cream of rice with 15g of almond butter and 100g of blueberries
1 Thomas everything bagel
 
These days 2 cups blue berries
2 cups fat free greek yogurt
1/4 cup walnuts.
1 cup Joe's O's for added crunch.
This is a maintenance/not growing diet.
