hey guys,im by far someone to give advice on training and these guys know way more than i ever will prolly,i was watching a clip on u tube had arnold talking bout his training we he was young,he started talkn about platuas and said bow he always got past them is by shocking the muscle and he stressed this several times,he claims that if you stay with the same routine everytime that you dontbfool your muscles anymore,he said your body adapts to the same routine over and over and after a while your body adapts to that and prepares its self for your routine cause it knows exactly what your gonna do so it prepares its self for it there for you dont see gains cause you couldnt stress your muscles enough,he claim to shock the muscle you have to always switch up routines, from heavy low reps to lighter hi reps and always switch routines up regularly so your body is prepared for the new workouts there for shocking the muscle and creating growth. What's your diet looking like?
Are you doing hammer curls and reverse curls? these two lifts
will add another 1" to your arms quick if you haven't.
Lots of triceps work also. Heavy triceps extensions and heavy cable press downs.
I stalled at about the same point, but by going heavy and working the entire upper arm, I got up to 20.5".
There is a lot to be said for mixing up your routine as long as you continue to lift heavier. If your barbell curls are 30 lbs heavier than it was 6 months ago, I guarantee your biceps will grow. Same with triceps. You have to lift heavy to get a big arm. No other way.
