My screen name is Yank something I picked up from behind the walls I was asked if I had gone to the new members section and said hi I must admit I feel alittle foolish because I could not find it,not real tech savvy, I am xarmy (reg) got out and into some low spots did 10 d.f.d. I'm 42 6 ft 240 train hard. Cycled ignorantly in twenties had no idea what I was doing got pretty big up state but wasn't nothing else to do but lift but still at where I am I want to gain raw mass and real strength didn't know how to go about this internet thing as I said was locked up when cell phones the web and all hat shit exploded so here I am looking for not just source stuff but what and how to cycle stack etc......thanks for any feed back
