Bring estrogen down

If you got off cycle, and your estrogen was still high on a TRT dose 5 weeks later, what would be the best way to bring them down? Nolva, clomid, etc. What’s the recommended dose and for how long?

Pretty basic stuff here man. Take an AI nolva & clonid won't lower your estrogen.
Depending on how high it is dictates the dose. .25mg-0.5mg of Arimidex twice a week or 12.5 Asin 2x a week is usually a good starting place but it's all individual.

Thanks for the reply brotha. In my experience Arimidex is pretty hard to find without a script. I neglected my estrogen thinking it wasn’t high since I was having no sides. Face gets real red and hot flashes when it’s high apparently.

Adex is not hard to find at & very easy if you're willing to go with research chems, same with aromasin. Sounds like your cycle wasn't put together very well if you dont have any AI on hand. What were you going to do just hope you didn't get gyno, nolva during your whole cycle ain't exactly a great idea either.

I just never had estrogen issues. I did have Nolva on hand. Honestly didn’t have issues through the cycle period. Wasn’t a very big one. Test and decca. Honestly estrogen symptoms came well after cycle which is why I got bloods 5 weeks later. And the sides were red face, hot flashes.
