I have never ever liked that stupid bitch. She cannot sing at all. Her voice flat out is awful. Atleast Christina Aguilera can sing - she is actually talented. Brittney Spears = dear God I would not even force my worst enemy to listen to her music.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I was in the store, and they had a bunch of magazines with pictures of her in Vegas I believe, on the day she was getting married. She had no makeup at all on in the pics. Fellas, I kid you not Brittney Spears without makeup on is absolutely hideously ugly. I mean with no makeup on, she is maybe a 2 out of 10. She is flat out a butt-fucking ugly woman.

I just dunno. Brittney Spears is hideously ugly. She cannot sing worth a flying shit. Her music is absolutely terrible - I would rather listen to Hanson than listen to her bullshit music.

I dunno. How the hell did Brittney Spears become so popular??? :confused:

The reason for my rant..........I was watching VH1, and for about the 50,000th time, I saw the commercial for her performance that is gonna be on Showtime. They play that commercial on every satellite channel like every 5 minutes.

I am sitting here, scratching my head, in complete disbelief. Who the hell would spend $13.99 for a Brittney Spears CD?? I mean what the hell?? How can anyone justify spending $13.99 for a Brittney Spears CD - her music is just flat-out awful. She sucks, period.

Wynona Judd is definitely not the best looking woman in the world, but you know what?? She has talent. She can sing. She is a very talented performer. I would listen to Wynona Judd over Brittney Spears any day of the week because, unlike Ms Spears, she actually has talent. LMFAO and I hate country music!!! I mean I cannot stand country music, and I would STILL listen to Wynona Judd any day of the week over Brittney Spears.

Ummmm because MP3's sound quality is awful. My car stereo system cost $3100 (I paid slightly less than half of that because I bought everything on Ebay, Ebay RULES!) and there is no way I would listen to Soundgarden on MP3.

My home has two stereo systems. The one in my bedroom............Acurus A250 Amplifier - $1,000 Adcom Preamp - $600 JBL L7 speakers $2200 No way I would listen to Rage Against the Machine in my bedroom on MP3.

My den's system.........Toshiba 56 inch WScreen HDTV, Klipsch speaker sytem - $3000 Dual MAMMOTH subwoofers - $2000 Denon Progressive Scan DVD player - $800
Adcom GFA-5503 3 channel amp - $1500 No way I would listen to Collective Soul in my den on MP3.

Desi, if you are just Joe Nobody who has a $39.99 KMart special stereo system then yeah MP3 will work. For someone like me LOL who spent a fortune on his stereo systems........you do NOT want to listen on MP3!!

dude I can rip a wav to mp3 and convert it back to wav in a better quality than you could recognize on any sound system, keep your boner about how bad ass your stuff it is alot nicer than what I have, but if the quality of the rip is good its just like buying the cd
 
Mr Meanor, could you explain to me how MP3 works?? I have several buddies who are into high end home audio and they have always told me that MP3 sound quality is Yugo quality. I just always took their word for it. I literally know next to nothing about MP3. How does it work?? Is it possible to get sound quality from MP3 that is as good as a CD's sound quality??

ok the format your cd comes in and the "standard" audio format is .wav, it a very large file that is easy to read by most players

.mp3 is a smaller compressed audio format that until the last few years only computers or really high tech shit could play

now your buddies are right in the sense that most mp3's are shitty quality but that is only because the person who made them an mp3 didn't know what they were doing or the software they used did not have a top quality codec to encode the music. Or they are not up to date on the technology of the past 5-6 years when it has been possible to record a good quality mp3 because they are right in the past they were shit.

if I were to take a Britney Spears CD and put it in my computer and rip the audio off it will be recorded on to my computer as a .wav because that is the type of file it is on the cd. Now I would use my software to convert it to mp3 and store it on my computer mainly because a whole cd in .wav format can take up to a whole gigabyte of your storage on your harddrive, while in mp3 format the same cd takes a mere 70mb.

Im not flaming you because you are right, most stuff you donwload of kazaa is crap but you can find good qualtiy rips if you look, if you notice when you do a search there is a bar option that says quality and each mp3 should be labeled from 96 to 112 to 128 to 160 to 192. Now I am like you I would never download anything less than 192 cause I got a slammin system in my ride and I dont want it to sound like shit, but you probably wouldnt notice in one that is 160 other than you might not to get the volume as high ass you want it. This is not always a fool proof way to check the quality of what you are about to download but it is a good direction towards the better rips.
 
Thank you for the post Mr Meanor. I still don't understand MP3 at all. I don't understand how it works, how to get good quality/great quality burns.......I guess I am clueless when it comes to MP3. I just always took my friends' word that the sound quality was awful. I guess my buddies were wrong?? :confused:

I didn't read all of the posts. I'll do that tomorrow. However, going by the thread title, you aint' telling me nothing new. I've always said that she is one of the most cross-eyed, alabama, hillbilly bithces the I've ever seen.

Granted, Brittney Spears is no supermodel but I'd definately fuck her. I definately rate her much higher than a "2". When I think of a "2" I think of Aretha Franklin or some other pig. I would give Brittney a solid 7. Who would you guys rate a "10"?

I don't really see the problem with mp3 in car audio. The acoustics in an automoblie are not the greatest anyway, so I doubt it makes that much difference.

Britney - she's OK looking, but Sharika is f-ing sexy as hell.
