I decided to add tren and proviron. I am going to run test at 1gram and eq at 1.2gram a week for 4 more weeks. I am them dropping the test to 500 a week and running tren hex at 400 a week, tren base 50 mg preworkouts (total of about 750 tren a week) keeping eq at 1200 wk and running proviron 50 a day. I will do this for 6 weeks, drop the tren and run proviron 50 ed, test 500 wk, eq 1200 wk and mast p 100 ed for the last 20 days... I should be a solid mass of dried out greek god-esque manflesh at that point. I am also starting yoga classes in the next week or two as this new muscle has me very stiff.

Time to eat meatloaf.

If you are feeling stiffer and more immobile from increases in size I would highly suggest you take a look at Agile 8. It's a short stretching/mobility routine made by a world class strength coach, it has worked extremely well for athletes and lifters as well.

Check it out, the whole routine takes about 10 minutes to perform and can be done practically anywhere.

Eggs, eggs, eggs. Saving my life. Just when I couldn't eat another bite of chicken or meatloaf I made a giant plate of eggs and sweet potatoes... I'm already 18 eggs deep at noon. I'm going heavy eggs and yogurt with fruit when prepping this weekend... meat 4-6 times a day is killing me right now.

I have been going with liquid whites up to three times per day. Mix in some sugar free chocolate syrup and chug that shit!
 
I do yoga especially when bulking it really helps stretch things out...I love it. The ladies in the class love when I show up to....I am 100% comic relief for them. I also like hitting the rock climbing gym too.
 
Yesterday was calves, abs, cardio.. This afternoon will be back and cardio..

This morning was my last NPP shot.. I can't wait to hop on this tren Sunday!!!! Whoop whoop!!
 
Just did a decent chest day... up to hit the gym at 6am and I HATE that early am business. Hats off to the guys that do train first thing along with a word of advice- train at night.

Ate a giant breakfast. Very dusappointed with inability to move significant weight. 315 felt much heavier than it should and 385 died on the way up. Pathetic. Chalking it to morning workout not my thing. I am going to do another 20 back sets and ten chest sets tonight at home as penance.

I upped eq and test dose to 1.2 grams and a gram respectively and I feel like shit... hoping it is unrelated. Headaches, dizzy, etc. Bp a little high- I can give blood on the fourth and will be doing so.
 
24 sets is impressive in itself. No way I'm doing that many after digging holes all day. Hats off to both you guys. I enjoy this log on a daily basis.
 
What was your bp? Maybe I will drop dose for the blood letting and definately before the tren!

145/92. Stage 1 hypertension. I take Lisinopril HCTZ 12.5 MG a day but had not taken it yet that day. When on bold I have to take my BP med on the dime or it goes out the roof. I think my heavy dosed bold days are over. Light bold, light Tren are manageable with my meds. High test doesn't effect it much.
