238 this morning here, exactly the same as last Sunday.. Tweaking my cycle a little because of some blood pressure issues this week, I'll post it up later..

Also I'm quitting smoking today, I'm done.. I wasn't going to post about it but maybe it'll keep me accountable..

It's buckle down force feed stick to this program time my friend. I got plenty of nicotine gum... ill drop some off later.
 
i quit two years ago.. one of the best decisions i made. cold turkey no gums or patches etc.. just good old cannabis around the clock when i needed a puff. Now the smell of cigs is revolting to me.. i only pheen for one when im drinking

Well I quit drinking, heroin, cocaine, pcp, benzos, roxys and weed two and a half years ago... I quit smoking about a year ago and chew the gum like a fiend. . I still have a cig when I want a drink which is nowhere near as often as it used to be my friend ;-)

JB you a cig smoker ? I would have never guessed , quit them bitches and you will see new gains (but it might not be all muscle gains....) Goodluck , your strong minded , YOU CAN DO IT ! ~Ogh
 
I smoked Winstons for 15 yrs / dipped Copenhagen another 15 yrs then chewed the nic-gum for a yr , finally stopped the gum and that was it . That was 7 yrs ago and I still cant be around smokers . I hear ya Flenser ,lol ~Ogh
 
I firmly believe HEAVY skull crushers are the ultimate mass building exercise for triceps.. (2nd heavy close grip bench)

I've fucked my elbow up a few times with them though... Always the right.. I was going heavy until today and my left elbow has been feeling it but the right is ok... weird...

I'm curious how these slow concentrated lighter reps will treat me but I'll take your advice into further consideration MP.. :)

Your arms look at least an inch larger than mine so maybe I should be taking your advice instead of giving advice.:) Agree with you on heavy close grips which are a regular in any program I do.

My elbows always started hurting me before I could do enough weight with skullcrushers to make them effective. I think about 150 is the heaviest I got up to. Dips on the other hand worked very well for me. Plus you have the added advantage of having all the gym brotards giving you strange looks when you are doing dips with 4-45's added.

yeah bro im feeling the same way.. im looking at pics of this last cycle where i didnt consume enough and i had crazy definition. right now i feel like the Michelin man , and food unless its restaurant cooked and unfamiliar sounds like complete shit right now. But i think ima switch the last month and try tren , so maybe itll all come back, and with some size..

as for your addictions bro, i get it, its great you were able to cut out the real bullshit, and hopefully occasional cig, and gum will eventually disappear as well. Sometimes I wonder how i came out so blessed after all the years of rolling a loc around. I see some i used to hang out with with the permenant gacker twitch or jaw clench, and it makes me sick.

Just a suggestion if u don't mind. Although I enjoy skulls immensely, JM presses can add plenty of size to an arm. I love them. If u have not implemented them previously, try incorporating them next run.
