GVT sounds very effective. Do you think a beginner (2 years training) would benefit from it ? Or is it only for bb veterans ?
Absolutely. I have only been training 3 years and tried it in my first year. It could really be The best thing to start off with- builds a rock solid base.

Jay tore his bicep not too long ago. You might of watched an old video of his. But I also believe the injury was during contest prep which suggests he wasn't doing volume but rather repetitions without failure. I would really take with .02cents half the stuff that these guys say in videos. You have been doing this for too long brutus. You know what works and what doesn't. Don't get sidetracked and follow your knowledge. I am speaking from personal experience.
I feel you... cutler is a dbag anyway. I am just sick of getting hurt and a shoulder fucks with everything. I was really just explaining away my missing a shoulder workout because I feel like a pussy for missing it...
 
Jay has only had 1 major injury and a few minor ones, and he is one of the oldest still competitive BB'ers. He was 41 last year during the olympia and still placed in the top 10. The guy does do a lot to pace himself and take care of his body.

I do agree though, that he is a dbag. But he is one of the few BB'ers to minimize injury through his approach to training and recovery.

If you compare his training to Yates or Coleman, you can clearly see he (Jay) has had very minimal injuries in comparison.

Better to feel like a pussy and be able to lift then to let your ego get the best of you and jack your shoulder all up. Even on the juice its a marathon not a sprint. Keep up the great work guys.
 
I think that Jay cutler is a pussy, I mean you are the leader of your team, and you leave mid game during the playoffs...

And to top it off, no significant injury was found post game... I saw an article that is appropriately named for him "How to quit in the biggest game of your life: A Jay Cutler story".
