Yeah it used to say banned under the avatar, don't see it now.
What was it this time? more threats or did Millard start a min. IQ requirement.

No big loss... I'm sure he is a really unhappy guy and that sucks.... life can be beautiful if you let it.

Leg day!
Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 1
455 x 1
500 x 0
475 x 0
455 x couldn't quite lock it out
Sad. Deadlift break netted no gains and knee pain- strange pain OVER my knee cap- ACL maybe? Im thinking skip leg day for a week, avoid squats and seated leg curls because they hurt for a while after a week off legs.
Leg extension
3 sets 12
Leg press
4 sets 12 added 2 plates from last week
Hack squats
7 sets 12... very deep- way deeper than last week
Seated leg curls
3 sets 12
Laying leg curls
3 sets 12
Standing leg curls
7 sets 12
Seated calf raise
3 sets 12
Standing calf raise
7 sets 12
Very brisk pace- very brutal workout. Glowing right now hours later. I. Love. Legs.

I am having a bit of an identity crisis... we are doing bodybuilding type stuff- I am seeing nice changes to my physique.. . Yet I want my powerlifting numbers to go up. When I trained powerlifting it was nothing like this- so I have to decide what I want to be when I grow up. I get so fucking bummed when I miss a lift... and now my knee hurts- but I look better than I ever have, which is what I am training for... do you sense the conflict?

I guess I want to be ronnie coleman... too much to ask?

I personally think, Brutus and JBallz are doing a bang up job. Brutus had a rough patch, got his shit together and is training like a champ, AAS or not.

I am happy that he did it, he is quite the addition to Meso, and we wouldn't be the same without him.

I don't think anyone would lose any sleep if blazin-nips stopped posting...
Thanks man. I appreciate it.

Training for strength is a young mans game, IMO. At least it was for me. I know there are lots of old PLers still going strong, but for me, getting older meant greater and more constant pain, as well as more frequent injuries. I reached the point where is wasn't worth it anymore.

Nowadays, it's all about high reps, and... dare I say it... training for the pump.

Bottom line? Train for your goals but keep health the top priority. That's the only way to ensure you have a long, and successful, training career.

I hear you brother. I had a similar crisis when I switched from bodybuilding type workouts to competitive powerlifting. Had to come to the realization that I was going to be stronger but I may not look it to most people.

It was probably easier for me given that I was in my 40's and maintaining abs was becoming nearly impossible.

I have thinking to do and this is some great input from two people I have a lot of respect for. I am going to concede superhuman strength this cycle to being super ripped since that's the direction my body seems to be taking; we shall see what the future holds. Thanks for following the log everyone- I'm looking into maybe body paint or something to spray on so I can post finished pics at the end. Any color suggestions? With or without flip flops?

Just do it in pink and flip flops with socks on.

Hot pink and with flip flops standing next to @johnnyBALLZ and be sure to out angle him so that evidence supports you have bigger guns.
But seriously I appreciate the log I constantly learn from it, I look forward to reading the mind set changes of Tren as I one day want to try it. Also as far as color would go I think what ever will bring out the shredded grainy bad assness the best would be my choice. If you are going to do it, better do it big!

I gots a question jb ...

Ur 5'8" 230 low bf so obviously stocky as fuck .. Has it always been that way , where was ur starting point ? More specifically what I'm digging for is ur arms . How long did it take to go up to 18plus " guns? Were u rocking 15s to start etc? What was the progression time frame to ur current transformation ?

I lifted from 14-20 pretty consistently with a couple cycles at 20.. I started back again almost exactly 2 years ago at 27.. At the time I was 165lbs probably 14" arms, the biggest my arms ever were was last December at 19.5" cold so I guess that's 5.5" that year which sounds ridiculous now that I think about it!! I probably had 17 something inch arms at 20 so you need to factor in muscle memory I guess.. Arms are definitely my strong point, genes I guess..

Damn man i cant believe you started at 160!!!! Your killing it you may hit 20s .. thats fucking huge.. ive been watching some youtube vids of people with 19s and there unreal. Im very eager to get to 18 . Im guessing another year or so at this point. wow I assumed you were naturally a big boy like 200 to start

I'm at 18 1/2" but johnny has mutant arms. They are huge. I'm more of a traps and delts guy I guess... everything is too long at 6'2". I have been training less than three years though... started when I got clean (again) and it saved my life.
