Building the Perfect Beast

For those who have read this book,

I've read Chemical Muscle Enhancement. It didn't offer me too much. I'm wondering if part 2 is any more illuminating? Is it a good read? Entertaining at least? Worth purchasing? Thanks in advance for your input.

I would have to agree. Since using Author Rea's protocols. I have gained about 10 lbs of lean mass and I have only done one 5 week cycle. Blood work and health have never been better.

does anyone know of a place to get this book cheaper than what the site says? ive looked at amazon and also ebay and they dont carry it. is it just on bb sites?

would you need to have read the first one before you read the second or are they both independent books?

THe book is great.... I love it.

its about taking advantage of your bodies action/reaction factors....
I would recommend it, and its the only AAS book i would recommend.

I just read it and am starting a Max Androgen phase, followed by an Anabolic Phase. I like the get in hit it hard and get out approach-cost effective and better for growth. He was the first one to point out the importance of short cycles and the reactions the body goes through with long bouts of AAS's.

I bought BTPB and got an invite with the receipt....none of the well-known people I know on the boards are over there.

No offense....the book has some good info, but a lot of it is still antiquated, and he fails to really delve into the body's "reactions", as he calls them, and he doesn't address that there are very good ways to counteract the body's counteractions to longer cycles. His understanding of the science behind much of what he says (as evidenced by his explanations) is less than he leads one to believe. don't get me wrong...there ARE good ideas in there, but there are also poor explanations/rationalizations for the benefits of short cycles/detriments of long cycles.
