So I'm starting 6th week of my current bulk cycle. Test, tren a, dbol (first 4 weeks.) I will have enough tren till 12th week. Someone at gym suggested to me. To try a cut after my bulk. Basicly week 13-18 test and winny with a keto diet. To shred up at end. I did keto diet before. Actually hade amazing results lost about 2lb a week. I have never tried bulk then cut before. Actually haven't seen a alot about it online. Maybe I just not having luck finding it. Curious if anyone has and input on it. I mean the idea is nice. Plus with the timing of this cycle and start of next cycle. I Basicly will just hold out till next bulk. No sense in cutting mid summer. I honestly think after 1 more bulk I will hit my goal of 5'10" 210 with 15%fat. Ha I say that but I will proably push it till 225. Anyways any input or exsperince would be awesome brothers!!!!

Don't cut until after a full pct those gains arnt yours until it has somewhat solidified a cut at the end of a cycle generally doesn't yield the results you want and if you continue the cut into your pct you will be incredible sorry.

Personally, was not a fan of cutting on cycle but I experimented with it my previous go around and liked pretty much all of what came out. I bulked on multi ester nandrolone and test and my final 4 weeks I used NPP and prop where I cut 5-6 of the total 20 lb pretty much with minimal if at all any muscle weight, proceeding into maintaining what I had which was easier because I had no need for maintaining my entire weight gain, just a thought I am more of a bulk on cycle cut off gear more often also

Its not popular but I always do a cut last 4 weeks of cycle. It works very well for me. Youve normally made the most of your gains after 8-10 weeks anyway. It also makes for a nice rebound when you transition to a caloric surplus in pct.

William Llewellyn's Anabolics has fantastic bulk/cut sample stack however its more for advanced users. So yes, you can.

Alot of bro science in this thread. Not sure where all this " solidify gains" bullshit is coming from but it's unsubstantiated.

Muscular growth comes from torn and repaired muscle fibers. I'm not sure how you would "lose" those muscle repairs from cutting bodyfat.

Yeah you'll lose some fullness from having less glycogen on a cut, but one carb up and it's back to normal. Do your bulk and cut in one cycle if you want. It works if you can dial it in correctly

Oddly enough this can happen by accident without changing anything. Once your muscle mass goes up your BMR goes up. If calories aren't raised then "technically" you would be in a cut without changing diet at all.

The last thing I would want to do is compromise my performance in the weight room while on a cycle. Less intense weight training will prevent you from making the most gains from your AAS cycle. And that's what a keto diet will do.

It sounds like you're not really interested in an all-out cutting diet anyway since winter is approaching. Why not just moderate your caloric intake slightly - then there's a good chance you'll enter that magical realm where you're gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. A serious caloric-restricted keto diet will bring LBM gains to a halt.

Well I have put on a little fat since I started. To be honest at 3600 cals I didn't think that I would. I honestly thought I would stay the same BF%. Plan was to up cals as I gain wieght. Now don't think I will do that, maybe a little. I'm 31 so I gain wieght lot easier than when I was 20. I got a app that tracks my footsteps at work. I average about 10 miles walked in 8 hours a day at work. I gained a ton of fat couple years back. Had some life issues going on at the time. Didn't handle them to well. So figured less gym plus bad eating made me fat. Looking back I really didn't eat that bad. Honestly thought about getting checked out. My uncle has a tyroid issue he needs meds for. When he hit mid 30's he gained wieght like nothing. He went and got checked out for it. Fuk who knows maybe it was passed to me.
