Bulking Cycle Require Feedback!!

Guys,

I would need your feedback about my bulking 8 Weeks EOD Cycle

This is my 3rd Cycle

Stats:
Age: 31
Height: 5 7"
Weight: 145 lbs

Consist:
Npp - Tpp - Anastrozole - Hcg - Clomiphen - Tamoxifen

Begin 4 Days: Only Tpp 50mg Each (200mg)
MON - WED - FRI - SUN

WK 1. (For 2 Weeks)
Npp 350mg (50mg each) -
Tpp 455mg (65mg each) -

WK. 1 - 8
Anastrozole 1mg EOD

WK 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Npp 455mg (65mg each) -
Tpp 560mg (80mg each) -

Last 4 Weeks: (5, 6, 7, 8)
Hcg 500 IU (once a Week)

WK 9. Finish By:
Only Tpp 50mg Each (200mg)
MON - WED - FRI - SUN

WK 10. PCT (For 3 Weeks)
Day 1 - 14
Clomiphen 50mg (Daily)
Tamoxifen 20mg (Daily)

Day 15 - 21
Clomiphen 25mg (Daily)
Tamoxifen 10mg (Daily)
 
Your third cycle and you weigh 145lbs?

You should be posting in the nutrition section.

The cycle is a complete mess and so is the PCT... This looks like that dipshit EcpertRealistic put a cycle together for you.
 
1St Cycle from 60 to 71kg

2nd cycle from 66.1 to 71.9kg

Went down again due to plenty of Hiit training I did...

First cycle was:

12 Weeks Cycle:
Testosterone Enhatete 750mg Weekly
Boldernone 200mg Weekly
Nandrolone deconate 400mg Weekly

Week 1 - 3
Dboll 30mg daily

Week 4 - 6
Anadrol 50mg Daily

HCG and Clomiphen for pct

Second Cycle:

8 Weeks Cycle:
Testosterone Enhatete 250mg weekly
Trenbelone Enanthate 600mg Weekly

Weeks 1 - 6
Winstrol 30mg daily

HCG and Clomiphen for pct

Won't hurt to monitor estrogen to make sure it's not too high or crashed by running blood works...

It doesn't look bad other than the test is a little too high for my taste. Would be better to start hcg earlier but not the end of the world if you running a short cycle.

I think you are crashing your estro on your cycles. After those cycles you should be a beast already. You eating enough chicken and potatoes? o_O

How come you calculated 900mg Tpp in a week ? If pin EOD

Please advise...

I was just emphasizing how strong adex can be by contrasting how high my test was vs a lower dose adex and still gets my E too low. 700mg tpp on top of my TRT 200mg cyp, tpp 100mg ED and cyp 100mg 2xwk

Yes sir better than a full mg EOD, you might need even less than only 1mg/wk split into 2 .5mg doses.

Everyone is different, but for me a few months of 200mg/wk TRT had my E at 55. Only 1mg/wk of adex split into 2 doses E3.5D got me down to 13. Adex is strong

Where are the potatoes, the spinach, avocados, pasta, tuna, carrots, tomatoes, grape juice, apple juice, orange juice, pop tarts, Nutella, ice cream...?

You are eating sweets/fruits between meals. That's a no no. You are going to waste your insulin on protein-less meals. Never eat sugars/fruits between meals if you want to gain weight. Your insulin spikes MUST be accompanied by high protein and complex carbs.

If you want a snack make it protein or complex carbs.Not sugary stuff

Never heard the dessert rule. Always eat your sweets after a meal. That include avoiding sugary drinks between meals. Drink water or sugar free drinks between meals. Save the sugar for your high protein meals and MAKE THAT INSULIN WORK for you not against you.
