MEAL 2. 9am
Breast 138g - Couscous/Rice 75g -
Olive Oil tsp - Salad

MEAL 3. 12pm
Breast 138g - Couscous/Rice 75g -
Olive Oil tsp - Salad

SNACK 15pm
Fruit / almonds

BFR Gym 17:40pm
Oats 50g - Shake 40g 1 1/2 scoop - Honey 2 tsp - Omega 3 1 Tab

AFTR Gym 19:40pm
Oats 50g - Shake 40g 1 1/2 scoop

MEAL 4. 21:00pm
Meat 123g - Couscous/Rice 75g -
Olive Oil tsp - Salad - Omega 3 1 Tab

Oats twice a day is stupid unless you have high cholesterol.

That's a cutting diet bro and lacks a lot of vitamins and minerals. I'm not going to count calories but that diet doesn't even stimulate insulin with your meals adequately.
