My stats are - 36 y/o, 5'6 195lbs @ 13.5% BF. Ive run 2 cycles of Tren / Test / Mast over the past year and Im currently on HRT dose of 175mg Test E every 5 days and have done so since late 2013. I do bloods every 4 months etc etc.

So I just want to throw my own 2 cents in here if I may. Disclaimer, Im no endocrinologist, but I can speak from experience and my professional background is in medicine. If Im reading your log correctly your cycle consists of 75mg Tren Ace EOD and 500mg Test E per week. Truthfully, that is a very reasonable dose of both Tren / Test. In my experience, especially with the Tren is it has a cumulative effect on both my physical and mental state. FOR ME, stress and my behavioral / emotional responses to stress caused tension headaches. Yes, strictly medically speaking they could be cause from the hypertension alone but my guess is its a combination of supra-physiological hormone levels and the daily life of work / kids / x-wifes, ETC ETC. All of which I have myself :) Seeing as how your roughly a month and a half into your cycle, this could explain your headaches as well as minor hypertension.

What worked for me, since Im in recovery and dont drink or take any mind altering (AHEM excluding gear) substances was sex and meditation. Might sound kinda weak but thats for real what worked for me. Good ole fashioned fucking and regular meditation 20 min a day x2.That and Clonidine which is a great little pressure med.

Fucking and meditation, i am working on it, we'll see if it helps, i am a little rusty in the finding a fuck chick, being married (and faithfull) for the last 9 yrs, but i am trying.
I guess when i start fucking, i will up the tren to 100mg eod. :)

Anyway, yesterday was a chest day and i benched 265lbs 2 times (PB) , i guess the little tren i take is starting to kick in.
I woke up 15 min ago and couldnt move my leg, quad feels like i've beat it with a hammer and its burning hot. I cooled it off with some ice and took a pain killer. In a few hours i'm going to work, to shoot a wedding and i will need to squat and kneel all the time while shooting. Fuck, i think i'm screwed. Should have known better than to inject in a quad few days before the wedding.

IMG_20151121_225019.jpg Just came back from work and my leg is burning, even under a pain killer. My quad is so swalen i could hardly fitt a leg in my pants. I am putting ice on it now.
I hope i wont have to go to the doc, i live in a small town and things spread around here very fast.
 
It's been a week now since my leg made me immobile. I feel like i've turned into a lump of pudding, i don't feel my muscles at all. My leg is a lot better now, i can walk ok but i cant bend it or squat yet. Will be visiting my gym today and do some shit i can do, maybe a few biceps curls and something, i dont know, will improvise. I am hoping in a few days that i will be able to start with a full weight exercises, at least my upper body and i hope i will start my squats and DL within a week.
Taking time off made me study some of the power lifting methods like texas method,madcow and alike so i am looking forward to start using some stuff from those methods to up my strength in SQ and DL.

Really, from the bottom of my heart. It maybe is a little patetic but, after my divorce i have been a little fucked up and being a part of this community is a breath of fresh air. I've learned so much here.
Anyway, i am continuing my log and although this cycle did not start as i wanted it to, i will do my best to try and finish it as i should.
 
Can't believe it has put you down that long that's crazy.....glad it's getting better! Sup with the power lifting techniques? You training for strength or physique? Maybe lityle both? Thing is that strength and size not only have different rep ranges but slso different %of max, rest etc
 
Sorry if that sounded like I'm giving you hard time just checking in on goals to offer advice depending on what they are. I have years of experience with strength and explosive power training snd I recently switched to bb and it's completely different training.

Hey man, thanx for tuning in!
My goals are a little bit of both power and look. I feel my core is weak and i really want to up the overall strength but in the meantime i want to lower my bodyfat. So strength YES BUT not like "eat 7000 kcal/day and get big and strong" but more like to get stronger and leaner.
I was thinking of combining something like texas or madcow but throw in some BB exercises. I will experiment a little and see how my body reacts as i never trained for strength, i always trained one muscle group a day.
 
Been in the gym last night. All the guys that were there and use gear were suprized about my quad infection, never hapened to them, not so strong anyway.
Couldnt really do much yesterday. Done some bench presses 5x5's with 200lbs, can probably do that with 220 or even 240 lbs. Took it easy because my leg hurt and i couldnt get it in a good bench position.
I am still trying to write a program that would suit me, when i finish i will pin it here so you guys can critique it
 
This is the program i put together after some research and some soul searching.
It is written monday to friday but in most cases one of those days will have to be a "rest day" because of my business and it will be continued to saturday.
In the future i was thinking of mixing those intensities a little so i would make a week2, week3 versions of this.
Let me know what you guys think about this.

Solid layout. Not sure if you plan to pyramid weight sets reps. You should either have 1 day of the week being more 6x2-3 @90-95% or you could pyramid so that each week go heavier less reps and max out in few weeks then go back to 4x6 and cycle through again. My 2 cents. But you do have a solid schedule

Dont worry. My legs were even bigger and more swolen alot of times after injection. After getting gear from another brand, i never had this problem again.
 
I'm kind of wondering if it's bacterial infection. I had that before but it was waTer based winny so I just drank it after that because it was obviously contaminated but the stomach acid kills the bacteria. However you can only do that with water based winstrol.
How many total injections have you done with the tren?
 
Ok guys, this log is done.
It will take a while before i can start with my training hardcore as i would like to, because my fucking leg is recovering very slowly.
It doesnt make sense to me to keep being on cycle before i can be 100%. I am just drawing water and getting puffy. I will do my pct in 2 weeks time and will concentrate on my technique and my new PL style program, so i am excited about that.
I will not be doing any more tren cycles as it makes me feel sick and miserable but will probably do a eq test cycle next. I felt great running equipose.

As far as your leg goes, I noiticed you referred to it as an "infection" which if im seeing this correctly, is not an infection. The localized knot, swelling and pain is a result of your injecting into some seriously virgin muscle. Its an inflammatory response otherwise known as post injection pain / PIP. Wicked PIP can be debilitating but after 5-7 days you should be good to go. Try taking an anti-inflammatory like 800mg of Ibuprofen and see how that goes.

How much and of what did you inject into your inner thigh? Needle length / guage? Did you have to force that shit in? Do you maintain STRICT antiseptic technique when prepping and injecting?

If you had a true infection you would have a fever.
