what can you do to lessen overtraining/overreaching?
is doing something like bronkaid ok? Or will it take your CNS and make gaining even worse or burned out.
How negative can muscle growth have when over reaching?
i am going to workout anyway, but i dont want to lose muscle if thats possible.
