Cabergoline Powder Conversion?

I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with cabergoline/dostinex powder and if/how to convert the raw powder form into an oral solution? Preferably solid but liquid would be fine too. With the prices and difficulty of obtaining it these days I'd prefer to just buy raw quantity but hope for some guidance on how to go about the conversion first.
