Caffeine (too much?)

Ok, once upon a time..about 3 years ago I did what everyone else does and tried a pre workout....I was hooked....so much that I can't function without it now.....I have taken upwards of 800 to 1000 MG of caffeine per day...not every day...but on an average I take about 300 to 500 MG per day...every day....
How do I get off this stuff and still function? lol
 
Doesn't a cup of coffee have 200mg's? People drink several cups ED. As long as your BP and resting heart rate are good imo I wouldn't worry about it. Ime you'll get some nasty headaches if you stop cold. You would have to ease off. I'm no doctor...I'm a rocket scientist. Lol
 
I average 1-1.5g daily. Only bad thing is I feel like I need it now and it's expensive, because it's usually in the form of energy drinks.

After about 12 hours without some caffeine I get horrible headaches so I don't quit

Cup of coffee is 95mg of caffine so even someone doing 6 cups of coffee a day isn't hitting 1g a day.

Op Caffine taxes your heart always beating faster then it should and that suckers only got so many beats in it so I personally don't want to waste extras because of a lack of self control to continue to work even if you are feeling bagged out. I do take preworkout but I definitely don't need preworkout, gotta have a bigger driving force to make you do what you do and that should be caffine it should be your goals.
 
I'm so glad I don't get the headaches!

I'm off and on with heavy caffeine. I take all kinds of stimulants... Dmaa and 500mg caffeine preworkout. Then I'll be crashing all day so I have to drink like 3 pots of coffee... But I have good BP and my heart never skips beats or anything so fuck it right?

Damn should have Google'd it! OP averages 300-500mg ED which is not gonna kill him in my professional opinion. Unless, he has pre-existing heart problems then he's gonna die anyway. :(

What about walking or fucking? They'll make your heart beat faster. Should we not do those either? :)
 
I drink a shit load of coffee everyday, average 3 cups at work and a strong pre workout as well. On the weekends I can take it or leave it, never had a caffeine withdrawal.
 
I usually do a 4 shot skinny mocha every morning before the gym-- not sure if it is too much but it definitely gets me going in the gym.
