What do you currently do for your calves? And how frequent?
Change up the frequency, change the rep range. Many people's calves respond to higher rep ranges for hypertrophy.
Also is diet in check? Enough cals/protein?
A killer for the calves = Multiple Hill runs (even add a weighted back pack![]()
BTW, I suspect you calfs at 18" are probably alot more shredded than mine
