New Research Could Have Serious Implications For Fight Against Obesity.

The Wall Street Journal (4/5, Bialik - New Studies Eat Into Diet Math - WSJ.com) reports that according to most dieticians, in order to lose a pound, people must consume about 3,500 fewer calories. Yet, recent research indicates that the conversion from calories to weight is not an exact science. This could have significant implications in the fight against obesity, researchers say.
 
Weight loss is not easy task if you lose weight more then you capacity it affect you body.
There are approximately 4 calories in each gram of carbohydrate or protein, but 9 calories per gram of nutritional fat. Alcohol contains 7 calories per gram. So an clear way of plummeting your calorie intake is to restrict your consumption of foods which are high in fat, and drinks which are high in alcohol.
