Can AI‘s have long term side effects even if you keep E2 in check?

I read somewhere that using aromatase inhibitors, even if you dont crash your e2, can cause bone loss.

Is this true?

i think most of those horror scenarious comes from too low esterogen rather than ai itself. arimidex supress hdl i think? so there is that. examestane should be smoother compound but less effective.

No known bodybuilders are reporting bone loss. In fact, strength training and testosterone both aid in maintaining strong bones. I believe this is just more ancillary fear mongering.
