The situation is as follows. A friend of mine, who does not have access to the net, has just finished a 12 wk cycle of cyp 400mg/wk & deca 400mg/wk and has begun pct (HCG and soon clomid for about three weeks).

Well basically, he and his girl want to start trying for a baby asap. So the question is; approximately how long will it be after the cycle before this becomes a realistic prospect. I mean, he wants to know for how long or if indeed he will be firing blanks and when things will have returned to normal.

I know he should have planned things a little better and I told him this. But then I don't really know how the sperm count is affected.

Any advice would be welcome.

You can't win the lottery w/o buying tickets.
Tell him to hop on ASAP to increase the odds. you can still impregnate her even during a cycle....it's just that spem count is reduced. As pct procedes, his sperm count will rise, but he has potential to impregnate at any time.

The above abstract is probably the most accurate answer you can find. There are too many variables to accurately predict. She may be able to get pregnant now.
