Just brewed some Bold tonight and was wondering if it's okay to leave overnight and covered up before I syringe filter the remainder I've got into sterilized vials. Gone through maybe half of a decent size batch but I'm trying not to mess up my sleep schedule. I'd warm it up in the morning obviously so I can push it through easier.
