yeah i think first time was 250mg for two weeks
2nd was 250mg first week, 500mg second week
3 was 250mg/500 first week and then 750mg for few days
now the one im doing right now is only 7 days, 2 first days were 750mg, and 2 next were a gram
i don't know if i go back to 750mg cauz i can't fucking sleep on 1g and have to take cold shower every 30min ...

oh and carb craving on that dose is CANCER, so i only eat fruits, cofee, diet coke for the long time possible so if i wanna binge i still stay in deficit

and you were with me 5min you will see that im on a gram of dnp just how i can't fucking breath, im sweating like my hair always wet as when you take shower
