can someone reccomend a nice cycle that will put about 15 - 20 lbs of quality lasting

im 22 about 5'9 and 165. my strength is great for my size i believe but the looks for personal satisfaction is just not happening. i'm not a newbie tried a winny before and got some gains. know im just look to get to about 190

seriously bro it is about diet and training first - IMO you are a bit young for gear and not near your genetic peak yet.

Try waiting and eating more

Come on Deacon, you know we can't let out those types of secrets! :p

LMK, At your height, I'd say it's very possible to get to 185-190 in about 12 weeks. With nothing more than a good training program and a lot of good food.

If you had been training for the past 3 years and eating 4,500 calories a day and following a training program specifically designed to put on mass, and still weighed 165, I'd lay out a program for you.

But I really don't think you've done that. Give yourself 3 months of 4,500 calories every day and steady training and you'll be amazed at how much you grow.

bro not to flam you but AAS really wont do anything for you right now that a good diet and a good plan on training can do. wait another good 2 -3 years, try sucking down about 4500cal a day and see what happens I bet you pack on some good gains then.
 
It is amazing what you can do without AAS. For an example, I had used gear in the past and my life took a bad turn with the woman and kid leaving so I dropped gear use all together and even turned to drinking. So as you see a lot of money and muscle was washed down the tubes.

My life got back on the right track and I hit the gym after a three month drunk. No juice just eating right again and lifting hard I put 12lbs. back on after only three weeks of training.

Bro lift heavy, eat and sleep you will gain weight. Why don't you tell us what you eat and how your split looks so we can help you gain some more muscle without using the sauce.

Yeah bro, listen to what MaxRep said, I did that exactly for about 6 months and I jumped up about 20 pounds but I only ate about 3500 calories a day. Trust me bro, if you follow what MaxRep recommended you will gain at least 15 to 20 pounds.
