LMK, At your height, I'd say it's very possible to get to 185-190 in about 12 weeks. With nothing more than a good training program and a lot of good food.
If you had been training for the past 3 years and eating 4,500 calories a day and following a training program specifically designed to put on mass, and still weighed 165, I'd lay out a program for you.
But I really don't think you've done that. Give yourself 3 months of 4,500 calories every day and steady training and you'll be amazed at how much you grow.
Good luck,
MaxRep
bro not to flam you but AAS really wont do anything for you right now that a good diet and a good plan on training can do. wait another good 2 -3 years, try sucking down about 4500cal a day and see what happens I bet you pack on some good gains then.demarco said:Very good reply, Max.
