Can you not send PM's here?

You simply gotta be more active and participate in discussions. Also when warning people for a potential scammer make sure you have evidence and actually proof to backup you claim otherwise people will just roast you and you achieve the opposite.
Shipped 3/3. Tracking never updated beyond electronic information has been sent to carrier. 7-21 day delivery window advertized. Does not reply to emails. A couple people in the thread are already concerned, I just wanted to add my experience so far.

Still isn't 21 days yet though. Many incompetent vendors are like that.
But anyway, pay the 'donation' or DM someone that can help you with questions

Bro, is it domestic or intl?

If intl... it can take 3 to 4 weeks easy, without tracking updating. Intl sources use two shipping methods when sending your packs. The first "shipper" gets the pack from, let's say China, and carries to the country of destination... they won't give you tracking on that. The first shipper will hand off to second shipper, and thats who delivers to you... that's the tracking # usually sent out.

If domestic, then yes, you have a problem.

Otherwise, you may just need to wait more. Now, if you already knew all this, and have read through the last month's posts on the vendors thread, and are absolutely sure there is a problem... by all means, voice your concerns.

It's been almost 25 days. Tracking has still not been updated.

They did respond to one of my emails saying they will respond later that day and take care of it. That was 3 days ago, nothing. I emailed them again yesterday. No response back yet.

Pretty upsetting to see $350 vaporize. Learned a lesson at least.

I'm having the same issue with a Vendor. I'll just say keep pestering them. That they responded once improves the likelihood that it's not a scam (if your payment system is not reversible)

Something tells me they won't refund (Can they refund BTC?), but I'll wait a couple more days before I contact them one last time, and if no resolution I'll list all the specifics (with proof of course) to warn people not to order from them, if you're not in the EU at least. I won't be in the country longer than 4 more weeks, so a reship would likely need to happen within one week, if they even decide to do it.

A few of the more established ones offer refunds regardless of the transaction type . Can't say your vendor will/would... but I'll pester them for every last cent of my $350. Will also refuse any offer of a reship for the reasons you stated. If that's the only option however, might need to ship to an address of someone that can hold it for you till when next you're around. Still beats losing the whole money.

They can always send BTC to your wallet, ergo "refund."

Bro, yeah, at this point, that vendor is in the "hot-seat." Once you post the vendor and facts, there will likely be other members who have similar issues and/or provide insight how to help you.

I agree with @Middus on the reship... or, at least the vendor can hold off on that until you are able to receive.

Some of these vendors are having more "problems" with shipping lately. It's been known that some of them "hold off" shipping because of these "problems," without making customers aware. They don't want to lose the money while they sort their shipping logisitcs. Meanwhile, you're stalled until they figure it out. But, that's not your problem.

I wouldn't fuck around with reversible payment. Too many questions, not trying to draw attention to my gear purchases.

Not saying they will but they absolutely can send you BTC as a refund. (not reversing the payment but sending you a similar amount minus transaction fees).

I don't do Scheduled stuff across borders, so I do reversible when I can.
