Canada Border Issues

I was interested in hopefully ordering my first cycle soon, but I have been hearing a lot of issues lately with Canada's borders in regards to incoming shipments? A close friend recently got busted with an incoming order, so I was just wondering, should I only look for domestic sources for myself? I'm not asking for you guys to name sources, just wondering if domestic is the way to go in Canada?

If you don't feel comfortable ordering international, don't! It's your ass on the line.
Find a good domestic source and you won't have to stress about customs.

Just bought 10g of raws from China and it got through the border no problem. They didn't do any stealth packing, just labeled it as something different "free samples". Maybe I just got lucky, just pick a company with a good refund, reship policy.

Hmm PSUGuy, would raw stuff pass through the border easier you think? Anyway, I'm going to just go ahead and go domestic either way, thank you guys.

That sucks for your friend he must have done International, what happened to him?

From what I've seen Canadians almost exclusively order domestic for this reason.
I had some Canadian friends on line on another board and that's was the impression I got from them.

Ya for sure I think, I ordered some premade (tabs) stuff last year and they got seized, got a letter from customs saying they were seized. But the raws got in no problem.

Ya heelhook, he was orderin some stuff from Ukraine I believe. Anyway time goes by, and he gets a letter in the mail saying his stuff has been seized. That was only a month or two ago, so nothing other then that happened yet. I'm not sure what exactly will happen to him, because I don't quite understand the laws here in Canada. Hopefully all is well though, hes a close friend.
