I second this, theres a big difference between humility and self-deprication. And that difference is a dealbreaker when trying to foster consumer confidence. Probably a poor move with the whole Kia thing.

Hey, those new Kias like the stinger and Telluride are absolutely killing the market. The days of Hyundai excels and Kia Avellas are long gone, and the Japs are not immune to fuckups either. Honda Odyssey trannies and R18s come to mind.

I could clean out your stock in one order. You will take a minimum of 3 weeks to get the product in your hands, then produce it, and then send it to me? By the time that is done, I will have put in a few large orders elsewhere. Are you catering to noobies that want one or two items?

At the time of this writing, yes, with a 200< vial inventory, I am aware high rollers can easily sweep me off my feet, and I will be scrambling to restock. With time and continued interest and reinvestment, I would like to hold a deeper and more extensive inventory. I suppose you could say my niche is small to intermediate AAS users who want an easy to deal with source for custom blends and brews.

Here is the reality. You probably think there is thousands of customers just waiting for a lab. I doubt it. I think you will have a lot less interest than you hope for. Not may Canadian labs make it here…well really only the big dogs. It’s a tough market to crack. Worst part is you are doing it only on price. You are trying to target people with a few cheap items. Again it doesn’t make sense though. Im not gonna put in a Syn, Pareto, Citadel, or Genetec order and then leave out test and Deca and try to save 10 bucks a vial with you. I will get it all in one stop. I support labs that carry everything I need.

Don’t get me wrong there are always opportunities for crumbs. That being said you are gonna get bottom feeder clients that the real labs don’t even want. But hey if you are happy selling 2 item orders to guys that want it even cheaper than listed and will hound you that a vial was 0.5 cc short then go for it…but that’s what you are gonna get.

As far as knowing guys with stashes bigger than your stock pick …lol. Man I wouldn’t even bother ordering less than 10 items at a time. I don’t know what I have on hand but probably over 100 items. Again there are degenerate bums who will want 1 test vial but those people are losers.

Best of luck to you since you don’t seem to be a bad guy but I think you will have a tough road ahead where you will realize it’s not worth your time much less the risk of being exposed on the internet.

You have a fantastic knack of hitting the nail right on the head, @3ml . There is not a single point you bring up I can pull a Justin Trudeau to and "uhhh" and "err" or finesse my way out of because it is the reality, of which I am very well aware of. 90% of businesses fail within the first 5 years, and anyone who is remotely honest with themselves are aware and accept that reality. It may ultimately prove to not be worth my time, and in that case I will humbly hang up my hat and move on with life. I don't plan on making a long term career out of this, my retirement isn't banking on it. I have other projects on the backburner, and want to monetize something I am passionate about. With all that being said, I chose to embark in this game because I genuinely believe I have what it takes to be successful as far as small timers go. Know your market and advertise accordingly.

Be careful, you are now on the internet. As much as people say cops don’t care about gear there is always a bust or two you hear about every year. You are in a different league now, manufacturing, intent to distribute, proceeds of crime etc etc can fuck your life up even if you don’t get locked up.

I feel that most guys won’t use you but you may get some of the rejects and degenerates. It isn’t gonna be fun.

At best his customer base is going to consist of noobs that aren't resourceful enough to hunt down the email address of a rep from one of the big name labs.

So you know how meso works but basically came with none of the things you know Meso wants to see? Your "stock photo" is like 20 vials, unless I missed it I didn't see a lab setup etc.

You have only a few items, admit you are cash strapped yet you want to try and sell on a place that can clear that type of person out in a few days. Then what happens? You shut down? Keep taking orders while you cross your fingies that the raws come in quickly enough to brew more?

Back to the drawing board.

Meso is not the place for a "operation" of your size imo.

I do take this opportunity seriously, however, I do not see the need to be dry and defensive at any given chance or criticism/hazing thrown my way. I like to have fun, and at the very least if this doesn't pan out, I've proved entertaining. I'll take it as constructive criticism and be a little more professional.

As I mentioned prior, I did not think 10 steps ahead getting my raws tested, and am receiving criticism accordingly. I have a dedicated business address and will be in touch with Jano shortly to get further testing done - with no information redacted.

There's more than 20 vials, however it is true that I do not have thousands of vials on hand for the time being. I chose to omit lab pics for OPSEC.

In the event a bulk order wipes my inventory out, I have a good relationship with a reliable source. Of the countless parcels I've ordered, not one has been seized. As for the wait, It's up to Meso to decide if such a 21 day waiting time for OOS items is acceptable.

You might be entirely right, meso may not be the place for a small operation. The Canadian market is small, and with numerous quality labs, it might be a fruitless endeavor. I will give it my best shot, but I know when to call it quits as well.

Proper up to date or semi recent testing is not 10 steps ahead it's really just common sense as you seem to be familiar with Meso, I'm sure you have another account here before you made this one.

A few OPSEC tips, if I may:

1) VPNs are for privacy, not anonymity. Ideally you want both privacy and anonymity.

2) I would hesitate to trust Protonmail. Recently, Protonmail was compelled to hand over the IP address (and other information) of a French activist, who was identified and arrested as a result.

Prior to this, Protonmail used to describe themselves as "anonymous" -- they had to change their wording on their web pages after this.

Protonmail has also repeatedly said that they cannot decrypt users' email. Hushmail used to make the very same claims, until they were forced to hand over to the DEA in excess of 100,000 decrypted emails as part of Operation Raw Deal, a series of steroid busts starting in September 2007.

At an absolute minimum, I would publish a different PGP key than the one you are using on Protonmail, i.e. one for which Protonmail does NOT have the private half:
