Canby Police Chief on leave during steroid-related investigation

[SIZE=-1]The Police Chief of Canby is on leave, because he's under investigation related to a steroid case. The FBI is looking into whether Captain Gregory Kroeplin covered up or failed to investigate allegations, that one of his officers bought and used steroids. A statement from the Canby City Administrator says they city will also have a personnel investigation done by a third party.
