How many cycles before life on trt

This might be a stupid question, but is there a number of cycles or signs on blood work to know when you’re stepping in the threshold of being on trt for life? Like what exactly leads someone down that road? Is there a certain threshold of mgs or stack amount that leads to it? Is there a way to mitigate things like that when you are on cycle?

No, there is no bottom line amount. Every single person is different, with too many variables involved - age / cycle(s) details / genetics / pct regimen / etc.

Ask 100 ppl and you’ll get 100 different results.

For me it was after running a cycle with Deca at 40…I think my 4th cycle. But my first was at 20 yrs old and then didn’t touch gear for like 18 years till I was 38.

Damn that was fast. Were the cycles that you were running high doses?

No

You should be well prepared to be on TRT for life if you start gear — it’s one of the risks that come with it. Will that likely happen? Maybe not. Everyone’s experience is going to be different. Will you do more than one cycle? Yes, likely, but maybe not.

I’m assuming, now this is just based on your posts/the questions you are asking, that you are a teenager or somewhere around there.

You have asked on multiple source threads if the sources test, tren, deca, anavar, is “good”. You have asked about how to train on cycle. You have asked if you can take anavar without test. You have mentioned you are 190lbs with 20%-23% body fat at 5’11”.

These are all things that indicate that you are young, haven’t done your research, or both. Take my advice, you need to spend more time in the gym, dialing in nutrition and sleep, and do your research on steroids in the meantime. Being young (which I literally know you are, maybe even underage), you want everything NOW, and trust me, it’s not the approach to this game.

Wow, good find looking up his posts. I just answered blindly and should have done what you did. Kudos to you sir!

OP if you have 2 brain cells to rub together, listen to him. If you’re young, 23% body fat, unsure of training regimens, etc - keep researching and reading but focus on your basics for a long time before considering any type of AAS

Okay. Well am I good to stay on trt while
I do that? Cause I already started that. I mean that isn’t super risky right? I’m on a cut and I’m going to finish it, either way no matter what. I get the teenager assumption.

I’m 30 years old, obviously not the smartest dude. I just have concerns and I want to be as safe as I can about this whole thing. Im not advanced by any means but I’d say I’m either intermediate to this gym stuff or right on the cusp. I have the numbers down pat, from calorie tracking to tracking sleep, etc. My water intake is my weak point and I’ve been mindfully improving it lately. Basically the numbers of it all, and from what I’ve learned in the natty space is probably like 80% of this whole thing, from what I’m learning it’s basically the same in the enhanced space.

I’ve been crunching health numbers and yeah doing an actual cycle right now just is not the move from any aspect, but I plan on doing it, once I hit my body fat I want and my health is lined up to be able to withstand it with lower amounts of risk than my current state.

Ok, I initially assumed you were younger. I’ll give you my best pieces of wisdom, but not entirely spoon feed you because some shit you need to find out on your own.

A little TRT is fine — get blood work done at your current dose and find what your test levels are at with your current dose and your E2 (estradiol ultrasensitive test).

Stay on that and don’t go any further — where you’re at body comp wise, this should be more than enough. Figure out what works diet and training wise to get below 15% bf minimum, I’d say closer to 12% is ideal. This could be 1-2 years down the line.

I don’t give a shit what anyone says about training splits and all that bullshit, where you are at, the most important thing is learning to train like a fucking monster in the gym. Split wise, there’s one million ways to skin a cat. You need to research, try various thing for awhile, and see what works.

It’s cliche, but this shit is a marathon, not a sprint. Figure out what works while on TRT, get blood work and learn what markers to look closely at and how to reduce harm to your body. Also, have everything dialed before you start climbing doses and trying compounds. It’s hard to do, especially since you’re already injecting yourself, but it’s what you should do.

I’m your age bro, I’ve been training since 15 years old, and started taking gear a month after my 28th birthday. That’s 12 years drug free, and a hell of a lot of research, and I still only scratched the surface and found myself scrambling to research more on how to mitigate certain problems that arose on bloodwork.

Yea I went and did baselines and it got me pretty concerned. Have you learned to mitigate hemoglobin and hemocrit? cause that’s where my blood work is on the rougher side and is something I’m going to have to be super careful about. I am hoping once I get down to 10-12% bf I will be in a better range but who knows. I live in a higher elevation and that just seems to be something that comes with living higher up.

If you decide to take gear, TRT is one of the risks, along with many others like hair loss or not being able to have kids. If you cannot accept these risks dont take gear.

When you take gear your natural production shuts down. Some can take 10+ cycles and recover fine. Others can take 3 cycles and not recover. So there is no set answer to this.

To mitigate this dont abuse gear. Take PCT after your cycle. Take time off and get bloodwork every 3 months.

For me just 1......

I came to an agreement with myself when I started, it would be for life, and to just to shut down the old HPTA. F... It (thank you for service for 40 years) - But now I will throw myself in to experiments of different caliber....

+ I have no issues what so ever with 1 shot of U every week, or a bigger pin every second week for trt..... What's the big deal ?
- For me its a bigger hazzle to take a pill every day
