Obama is too Republican for you??? Are you a socialist?

Obama is as liberal as they come. He just plays a "centrist" to appeal to the masses until he gets his foot in the door. Same thing for Billary. Republicans do the same thing. They pretend to be right in the middle until they get into power and then their tune changes.

I wanna bring back Ross Perot! Hell, he's probably been the only viable non-partisan candidate the US has seen in several generations! He got 19% of the popular vote in 92...though only 8 percent in 96. But, he'd be the only one I see standing a chance of getting in there without the Dem or Rep endorsement.

Then again....I don't even know if that guys is still alive or not! lol

I really didnt' care for Perot in 1992, but in hindsight he probably would have been the best President. At the time everybody thought he was crazy with respect to globalization and NAFTA, but 15 years later it's obvious he was dead on accurate and was way ahead of everyone else.

Democrats are winning, bro. There is no Republican candidate that can overcome Bush's public image, unless we can resurrect Reagan. My money's on Billary, and she may turn out to be worth the vote. She can manage domestic issues while her better half takes care of foreign policy.

Are you high? Did you just smoke a big bowl of weed? She's a fucking Socialist. Her and her felony perjuring excuse of a husband will be elbows deep in scandal before she takes the oath in January. The working class stiffs will continue to get porked in the ass, and she and her glorioius husband will systematically try to re-invent the U.S. Capitalist system. They will no doubt work hard to socialize health care (higher taxes), screw with SS (higher taxes), hamstring business (higher taxes), repeal the second amendment, and kowtow to every country that cries foul.

If you want change and you're a Democrat, vote for Obama... Not fucking Hillary Clinton. How is that change? She's part of the problem, and her husband was no better. And don't give me the "We had 8 years of peace and prosperity with him". He sat on his fucking hands, while all the piss ant countries of the world grew stronger. He threw my our tax dollars at all sorts of foolish things, let companies like all the .coms and Enron go unchecked so they could cook the books, gave secrets to our enemies, and accepted over 3 million in campaign finance funds from the communist Chinese. Please educate yourself and don't let nostalgia sway your vote.

A couple of things here:
1)Obama is not even close to being a Republican, and he's not really a Democrat either. He believes in redistribution of wealth in many respects... therefore the proper party affiliation would be Socialist. I'm a Republican, and I like him. I think he has many good ideas, and in some ways brings forth a fresh perspective which is where change for the better will begin. But I can't vote for him because he doesn't support the Second Amendment.
2) You just don't give Hillary a try, or any president for that matter... once their in, their in. Bro, she's a snake like the rest of them. Don't fall prey to her ruse. She's a trickster, and once in, you will be as unhappy as ever, especially when your taxes skyrocket, and the porking continues.

other stuff...
3) Whomever said Hillary is an idiot, is retarded. She's a genius, period.
4) I agree the Republicans have major hurdles to jump to get elected, but it's still real early. I remember many an election being called too early, only to swing the other way in the last few days.
5) If anyone claims Bush cheated to get in, they're retarded and are clueless as to elections. I simply discount the claim.
6) Perot actually lost the election for G. Bush. He funneled votes from Bush, the same way Nader funneled votes from Gore.

6)

Well, I'm a 42 year old Army Vet who served proudly in Desert Storm...Republican through and through. I hear all this talk about "W" because of Iraq. Many don't remember, but Reagan was thought of as a sabre rattler, directly challenging Russia and even going as far as bombing Ghadafi's palace (killing one of his son's) just for calling on American's to be killed worldwide. It wasn't until his hard stance brought down the Berlin wall and subsequently liberated Russia that he was "respected". George "W" did what no president ever wants to do...put our troops in harms way. For 8 years prior, Osama Bin Laden slapped us in the face again and again; World Trade Center 1993, U.S. Embassies, Khobar Towers (19 Airmen killed) 1995, USS Yemen (24 sailors killed) 1997. That was under Clinton's watch. Under George "W", we were attacked ONCE!!! and haven't been attacked since. In my opinion, Fred Thompson and Rudy Guiliani are the only two candidates willing to see the war to fruition. The only thing that I am sick and tired of with Bush is his wimpy ass border security. That fence should have been done by now...someone is lining his pockets.

Personally, IMO the guy who makes the most since and who has done more good for this country than any 5 politicians combined since Reagan is Newt Gingrich. His contract with America is responsible for all the success that Clinton gets credit for. Gingrich is a very very bright guy who could make some waves when he gets into the race. Obama and Clinton don't stand a chance in a one on one debate with the man.

Newt would be my first choice. Just wish he would announce already.

2nd would be Thompson, Romney, or Gulli.

Newt just announced that he will NOT run in 2008. FUCK!!!

The thought of Whosyamomma or Billary literally makes me sick to my stomach. Rudy is okay, but I don't think he'll get the nod due to his stance on gay marriage and abortion. All of the religious zealots will vote against him. Thompson is okay, but I'm not sure he would beat Billary. Romney, whom I wasn't very familiar with, seems very interesting to me. The guy can manage. The guy is a very successful businessman who understands the workings of the economy and I think he has some good ideas with respect to healthcare and taxes. His foreign policy is somewhat lacking, but history shows that vast experience is vastly overrated.

I'm torn on who I'll back right now. I think it may come down to "who can best take on Iran and Syria while killing motherfucking terrorists"...because that will be the biggest thing we deal with for 20 years.
