Can't learn to love leg day

Honestly.. It's rough.
Squatting is hard.
Leg day is hard.

But.. Look at the pain.
Realize how amazing it is.
Realize you're truly putting yourself through a torturous workout and it's limit pushing.

I can say I'm pretty advanced.
But my legs are so hard to grow.

It's like I can do many things and they just won't work. It's so hard to grow them. And the way my taper is, it makes it even harder to have the look of bigger legs. If I'm in shorts, it honestly looks like I don't train legs very much. Especially because my calfs. They are smaller, and it's a definite confident issue.

TLDR; grow confidence- realize the pain is amazing. Grow them fuckers. Train!!!

I've come to love leg day! It takes patience and practice to become happy with your squatting form and figure out which routine may work best for you. While my legs are the thinnest part of my body they are very developed. And it's from squatting, lunges, presses, and deads.
