Cant send BTC from Coinbase

I just bought 700€ worth of BTC with Paypal, because somehow my bank card transaction failed. I can trade the BTC, but I cant send it unitl two weeks.

But I need it now, whatshould I do. Contact coinbase and ask them for a refund then buy again elsewhere? Would that even work?
I really need it now I have an order, should I buy from other exchanges (Could you suggest one for europe)?

Also what if BTC falls down in value while I wait for my btc to be transfareable lol this is so frustrating

Transfer your btc to USDC and all you can do is just wait.

I keep funds sitting in USDC so when I want to buy I just transfer to btc and send.

) Purchase your crypto wherever you wish. This matters zero wrt anonymity, as there is none at this point. coinomi (coinomi.com) is user friendly and available for android/ios/desktop. Funds are avaiable immediately. Many coins. Do not use coinbase; hold funds; report to IRS; horrible customer service.

All the other points are well taken but why buy kyc BTC or any coin through exchange? Why not just go non KYC with hodlhodl or bisq? Then move your coin wherever you want, swap to XMR, etc?

With kyc purchase, bank and Feds have a record you bought BTC, which could theoretically...

Hey, that sucks, but yeah, Coinbase is known for holding funds when you buy with PayPal. Here’s what I’d do:
1. Refund: You can try contacting Coinbase support to ask for a refund, but honestly, it might take time and they don’t always agree to it.
