Should’ve posted an update here
Last night I rawdogged it and told myself “I can go without Lunesta”
Had a rough night of sleep, ended up deciding that tonight I will be adding 3mg Lunesta to see how it does me. 1.5mgs was nice. Hopefully 3 will keep me down. I hear it works on Gaba receptors, which Trazodone and Mirtazapine don’t hit, so in theory, I’d be having better sleep quality “coverage” in a sense
