You don't HAVE to use a filler provided you dry the powder out properly but I find that it makes an already difficult process even more difficult if you plan on making a decent sized batch. Plus the filler acts to prevent/delay any cap melting that comes with not drying the powder properly (the oven is your friend).

I mixed both compounds in a plastic bag and use the good old shake & bake technique to make sure it mixed evenly before starting the capping process.

Recon if no filler was used but powder was dry as could be then it will be ok? Asking because if you use a size 4 cap then I think (need to do more research) you could fit about 160mg of crystal dnp into it without a filler. That way it's less guess work and each cap should be even and less room for human error e.g not weighing wrong measurements
