Capping low-dose orals for female use

Hi all,

I’m having a hard time deciding what finished source to use on here and with my own pharma background I know how to compound so thought maybe my best bet is basic home brewing instead with raws.

Question is in regards to capping orals-

We know getting accurate dosing for 5mg caps can be pretty difficult to get an even distribution throughout the mixture with basic equipment. My thoughts were to do an oral suspension/solution instead. However, ease of use with capsules is enticing so my idea was to make a suspension, say 10 or 20mg/ml of anavar in Ora plus and then immediately draw up and fill veg caps with them.

Has anyone done this and if so how did it work out for you? I’d rather make a solution over a suspension, again for a more even distribution of the active ingredient, but have not found much information on that.

If you're making it just for yourself, why not measure out the API, dump it in the capsule and call it a day?

i've been capping my own Anavar. Takes me less than 5 minutes a day to prepare my daily dosage. i couldn't care less that 99% of the capsule is empty space. i'm not selling them, so they don't need to look professional by filling it to the brim with fillers.

I don’t trust any scale that isn’t several hundred dollars to accurately measure a 5mg dose. If it was a larger dose, I’d do a more usual system with a mixture of active and inactive ingredient but with such a tube dose I have a hard time trusting an even mixture.

Volumetric dilution. And using a similar grain size between active and filler.

I’ve considered attempting geometric dilution with the higher- dosing meds Anadrol and Primo but I’m not sure I trust myself with the low dose Var and Tbol.

I don't know if I would trust it enough to make var for my girl. But anything above 10mg/dose seemed to work out. Haven't tried lower.

I was thinking of this so I could see an even distribution but even then, 5mg of API with 500mg of inactive would be so hard to see.

At some point I think you just have to trust the process and if you're not comfortable with that then maybe milligram scoops

Right, I agree that I am confident in measuring the compounds and the math aspect. I’m considering a test batch and sending to Jano to confirm how I did. I was considering the suspension route because I felt it would be more accurate.

Nothing wrong with a suspension. Way less time consuming that's for sure lol

Right, that’s why I thought for ease and accuracy of mixture to make the suspension and then immediately cap it so I don’t have to dose it out daily. Just never saw it done before.
