Capping - powders and fillers

Let's say you want to make a batch of capsules. The capsules can hold, let's say, around ~60 mg. But you only need ~30 mg of the active ingredient. So you need to use a filler for the remaining ~30 mg.

What are good options to use as fillers? What mixes evenly, doesn't lump together, is fine, etc?

Anything can be used as a filler! Protein powder, rice flour, baking soda and etc.

But...the finer the better, yes? So, some options must be superior to others.

Ideally you'd want 50/50 in each cap...not some with 25/75.

Protein powder is pretty common

You would get a more even mix with a finer filler for sure! Say you have 10g of powder, you mix that with lets say 2 g of filler. Once it's mixed you add another 2 g of filler, then mix. You repeat that process of slowly adding more filler until you get the ratio that you want. The thicker the filler the powder would settle to the bottom, unless you do one cap at a time

Capsule holding 60mg? Just making sure you just picked a random number because I don't know any caps that small. Size 0 can hold about 450mg depending how dense the powder is. Coffee creamer is a great filler.

Say you want 30mg caps

30x100 caps is 3000mg
Using creamer it takes about 30g powder to fill a cap pretty packed. 27g creamer 3G active

There is more math involved than this to cap within the correct tolerances. The wait of the powder plays a role in the amount of volume taken up by both the filler and the steroid. I would go to basskillers website and check how it's done correctly or you will end up with way over dose caps or even worse, underdosed. Now IMO protien powder and creatine powder are one of the best for capping.
